Unfortunately, most doctors don’t know where the land mines are in their contracts or how to negotiate for more favorable terms. Frequently they leave money on the table that should be going into their pocket.

We do a comprehensive financial review of every contract, along with a comparison of physicians who are also in your specialty. We have never seen a contract that couldn’t be improved in some way. If needed, we can also do training on how to negotiate. 

 

 Debt Re-Organization and Finance

Many of our Doctors either have or are seeking loans for their practice or personal needs. DFS maintains strong relationships with multiple lenders and has the skills necessary to negotiate favorable terms.

In many cases, we seek alternative financing methods and reorganize existing debt to reduce overall debt service costs providing the necessary capital to grow the practice.
